Pricing
There is a $5000 project minimum for murals.
The cost of a mural varies depending on the condition of the walls, your completion date, the size of the wall, if equipment or help needs to be hired, the complexity of the design, etc. Prices start at $30/sq foot.
Deposits, Fees, & Refunds
Consultation & Design/Sketch Fee:
$2500.00 – Includes up to 2 sets of changes by the client. Additional sketches are charged at $250/sketch. This fee is non-refundable once sketch work has begun and is due within 14 days of contract signing. This fee counts towards the $5000 min.
**Sketches are created on a computer and will have a more digital look vs the final painted mural. The final sketch will be adjusted to fit the mural wall upon work commencement.
A 50% deposit is required to begin mural work and is non-refundable.
Includes all materials, assistants, insurance, etc. Does NOT include equipment rental (if needed), or travel costs which vary by location, these costs will be included in the final bill. The 50% non-refundable deposit is due 2 weeks prior to the start date of the mural.
Final 50% + additional costs are due upon completion.
Once the project is complete the remaining mural balance is due. Any outstanding deliverables (if needed) will be applied to this final payment. Please have payment ready prior to load-out on the final day.
Consultation, design, and mural work prices will have additional tax.
Jen Ament reserves the right to terminate the contract at any point.

From initial inquiry to finished mural, expect 3-5 months: 2 months for sketching, a month for logistics and creation, the rest for scheduling.
Jennifer Ament takes mural commissions on first come first serve availability and will schedule your work at the next available opportunity.

If there is availability, Jennifer can accommodate a rush order.
There is a $2,000 fee on rush orders.

A daylight, clear, straight on picture of the mural wall. The higher the resolution, the better.
A color pallet
Any inspiration photos including previous works of Jennifer Aments or pics from other sources.
Any themes or ideas! Be detailed!
